Juanita Hagan, CEO and Founder is a seasoned veteran with over 20 years working in the staffing and recruitment industry.  With a history of establishing divisions for major staffing firms as well as staffing departments at national companies her broad experience has given her a unique insight into the process from both corporate and agency perspectives.  Her depth and breadth of experience coaching jobseekers and preparing resumes for an important interview became the foundation for the View2Hire personal branding video introduction and video reminder.

Our belief at View2Hire is that the first step to getting hired is the interview.  Our mission is to get the unemployed back to work by providing a service that will differentiate them from their competitors or colleagues and pave the way to be selected for an interview.  By offering the jobseeker an easy to use tool, supported with professional coaching the end result is a product that cuts down the cycle time to hire and sets the jobseeker apart from everyone vying for the same open position.
